We have the team at PFS to thank for our very first home. For new home buyers the process of both selecting a home loan & purchasing a house seemed very daunting, but Greg & his team were fabulous. I was endeavouring to obtain a knock down/rebuild loan from another lender, however after 6 months I was going around in circles with them when I finally found Greg Woolley. Getting a construction loan was made quite easy by Greg. Once all information was available to him, he found the lender I needed and quick as a flash I had a construction loan ready to go ahead. Once the construction loan was in place, it was just a matter of sending invoices to Greg and progress payments were paid out without any hassle.
